Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day. Hopefully you all get to spend some time with your loved ones.

As for the traditional Monday Meal, this weekend was full of fast food. There are big changes happening in our lives and it was easier to do quick meals, I did not even make these cupcakes. They were made by one of my friends. I will write a full post to fill everyone in on the madness in the next day or two when I finally catch my breath.
